Networking Engineer

Job Summary

Leading multi-year networking infrastructure programs, the full-time Data Center Staff Networking Engineer will manage project metrics and ensure alignment with organizational strategy while working remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and lead multi-year programs in networking infrastructure, defining project metrics and success criteria
• Utilize deep technical knowledge to make critical technical and business trade-offs in high-scale networking domains
• Establish systems and processes for reliable, repeatable, and scalable execution across infrastructure development programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 12 years of experience with data center networking architecture and operations
• Experience mentoring and leading technical staff and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for technical programs
• Technical expertise in end-to-end architecture and deployment of scalable network systems
