Neuro-Oncology Medical Director

Job Summary

To support late-stage execution in Neuro-Oncology, the full-time Medical Director will serve as Medical Monitor for Phase 3 registration enabling studies, focusing on patient safety, data quality, and regulatory interactions, with opportunities for hybrid work in Boston or remote within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for clinical-related activities, including study execution and safety monitoring
• Serve as the primary source of medical accountability for clinical trials and lead medical reviews of critical data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key opinion leaders to ensure alignment in product development

Required qualifications

• M.D. with specialty training and board certification in Medical Oncology or Neuro-Oncology preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical trial experience in an industry or academic setting
• Strong ability to mentor and guide teams through complex challenges
• Proven track record of sound medical judgment and risk assessment in clinical settings
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively
