Job Summary

A company is looking for a Neurodivergent Mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, 1:1 online mentorship to neurodiverse students
• Support students in navigating neurotypical environments
• Empower students to become self-advocates academically, socially, and emotionally

Required Qualifications:

• Personal experience with Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, or another learning difference
• Passion for empowering and supporting kids or young adults
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to pursue their goals
• Comfortable using online systems and technology for mentoring sessions
• Background in related fields such as engineering, research, creative arts, or technology is a plus
