Neurology Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Neurology Patient Access team, the full-time remote Neurology Operations Team Lead will ensure smooth daily operations, assist staff with escalated calls and complex insurance questions, and conduct monthly quality assurance reviews.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist staff with daily operational challenges and backlog
• Identify and resolve department and payor trends
• Conduct monthly quality assurance by reviewing staff phone calls

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance or collections
• Knowledge of ICD 9 and CPT coding
