Neurology Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely and requiring US-based hours, the full-time Therapeutic Strategy Lead will design scientifically robust and commercially competitive strategies in neurology, serving as the primary therapeutic expert for proposals and study concepts while building relationships with key opinion leaders and sites.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary therapeutic expert for proposals, bid defenses, and early study concepts, delivering strategic insights and risk mitigation plans
• Build and maintain relationships with Principal Investigators, academic KOLs, and high-performing sites to optimize enrollment and data quality
• Provide scientific leadership for protocol design, feasibility assessments, and regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards of care

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree, preferably an MD
• Background in neurology or a similar field
• Board certification in neurology or a similar field
• Strong scientific background with proven credibility in clinical development and therapeutic strategy
• Experience in late-phase clinical programs and commercial-facing strategy within a sponsor, CRO, or academic setting
