Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - Neuromuscular to support strategic field engagement in the rare disease pharmaceutical space.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive territory approach to exceed business objectives while maintaining compliance and ethical standards
- Establish and grow partnerships with neurologists and specialized care centers to enhance disease education and clinical understanding
- Collaborate with internal partners and advocacy groups to support educational efforts and improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, particularly in specialty therapeutics
- Familiarity with Buy and Bill models and specialty pharmacy systems
- Proven record of strong sales performance and successful product launches
- Understanding of neurology therapeutic categories and modern digital engagement methods
