Job Summary

Leading a sales team remotely, the full-time NeuroPsych Regional Sales Manager will recruit and develop talent, drive sales strategies for neurological and psychiatric markets, and manage performance to exceed sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team through recruitment, coaching, and onboarding
  • Drive the implementation of sales strategies and identify opportunities to enhance team success
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and hold the team accountable for performance
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and experience in launching products in competitive environments
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment and ability to manage change effectively
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong computer and technical skills, with the ability to thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments
