A company is looking for a Neuropsych Regional Specialty Manager for the West Virginia/Ohio region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales goals
• Drive the implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities
• Manage regional budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years
• Proven sales performance and successful launch experience in competitive environments
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong computer and technical skills
