Job Summary
Leading a remote sales team, the full-time NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager will recruit and develop talent, drive sales strategies for neurological and psychiatric markets, and manage regional performance to exceed sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing strategic direction and coaching
- Implement sales strategies to meet objectives and identify regional market opportunities
- Analyze sales data to inform decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in sales management; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and experience in complex environments
- Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong sales disposition and business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
