Job Summary
Leading a sales team focused on promoting life-changing treatments for serious neurological, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders, the full-time remote NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager will recruit and develop top talent, drive sales strategies, and manage performance within the Pacific Northwest region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional sales team by recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
- Drive regional implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and hold the team accountable for performance
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
