Neuroscience Clinical Research Specialist

Job Summary

To support clinical research initiatives in neuroscience, the full-time remote Neuroscience Clinical Research Project Specialist will manage site activation, develop core study documents, and ensure regulatory compliance for various clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive site activation and management for assigned clinical research studies
• Draft and refine essential clinical study documents, including protocols and informed consent forms
• Manage approvals and proposals for IRBs, imaging oversight committees, and grant applications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRO or project management role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
• Practical experience with AI prompt engineering and proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet
• Demonstrated ability in clinical research operations and customer success management
