Job Summary

Engaging healthcare professionals through proactive outreach, the full-time Neuroscience Hospital Specialist will utilize in-person, virtual, and digital tools to provide on-label product information and enhance patient care experiences while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers regarding product access and patient care guidance
• Facilitate discussions and speaker programs with local provider groups to gather insights and feedback
• Elevate local market insights to the Area Business Lead to inform strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 4 or more years of experience working in a sales role with healthcare professionals, ideally representing multiple products
• Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a related field
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory standards
