Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and support healthcare professionals, the full-time Neuroscience Hospital Specialist will conduct proactive outreach, facilitate discussions, and leverage digital tools to improve patient care within a defined sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access and patient care guidance
- Engage customers through virtual and digital tools, directing them to appropriate colleagues as needed
- Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider discussions to gather insights and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or related fields
- 4 or more years of experience working in a sales role with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a dynamic and transforming environment
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring peers
