Job Summary
Engaging healthcare providers through various in-person and digital channels, the full-time Neuroscience Specialist will enhance customer experiences by providing expertise on pharmaceutical products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating discussions to inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals on product access and patient care guidance
- Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider discussions to share insights and experiences
- Elevate market insights and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and business goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in a regulated environment
- 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities
- Ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders effectively
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and ethical business practices
- Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
