Key responsibilities
  • Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing support to members and clients
  • Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop, contributing to overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home environment to ensure professionalism during calls
Required qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Nevada
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish
  • Basic typing/computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
