Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, ensuring exceptional service while working remotely from Nevada.
Key responsibilities
- Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing support to members and clients
- Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop, contributing to overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home environment to ensure professionalism during calls
Required qualifications
- Must currently reside in Nevada
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Proficient in both English and Spanish
- Basic typing/computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
