Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations, ensuring satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Professional and articulate telephone manner with a pleasant voice
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
