Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations, ensuring satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Professional and articulate telephone manner with a pleasant voice
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
