Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog and litter registrations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting available resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management, ensuring a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
