Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving and research
- Professional demeanor with a pleasant telephone voice
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
