Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC programs and policies
- Utilize multiple software tools to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
