Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and providing information about AKC policies and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
• Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and breeder programs
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required for effective communication with diverse customers
