Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and related inquiries while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting available resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with multi-tasking across various web-based applications and software
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
