Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing support for dog and litter registrations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies, while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and maintain communication with the team to resolve customer issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve customer issues independently
- Ability to learn and retain detailed information about AKC registration systems and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
