Job Summary
Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog and litter registrations while providing excellent customer service and utilizing Salesforce for documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
