Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and related inquiries while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Utilize multiple software programs effectively to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with fluency in both languages for effective communication
