Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
