Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats related to dog and litter registrations while providing excellent customer service and utilizing Salesforce for documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize various software tools to document interactions and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to multitask effectively across multiple web-based programs
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
