Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them about AKC resources and policies
- Maintain communication with team members and management while promoting a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
