Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working fully remotely within the state of Nevada, the Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and document customer interactions through multiple channels, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
• Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and inquiries about AKC policies and programs
• Utilize resources to research and promote AKC services while maintaining confidentiality of records

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
