Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and promoting AKC resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce CRM
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to address customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
