Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Maintain professional communication via various channels and meet established performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
