Job Summary
To support a fast-paced omni-channel customer service department, the fully remote Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with clear communication in both languages
