Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
