Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional and articulate telephone manner with a pleasant voice
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
