Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations and AKC programs while promoting resources for potential dog owners
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
