Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting each using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources while promoting purebred dog purchases
- Utilize various software tools to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with team members
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with fluency in both languages necessary for effective communication
