Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog registrations while providing excellent customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and inquiries about AKC policies and programs
- Utilize various software tools and maintain professional communication with customers and team members throughout the day
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based applications and browser tabs
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
