Job Summary

Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and provide information on AKC policies and programs
  • Utilize multiple software applications effectively while maintaining communication with team members and management
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues independently
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
