Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the fully remote Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Utilize multiple software programs to assist customers with registrations and AKC resources
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
