Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
- Utilize multiple software programs efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and browser tabs
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
