Job Summary

Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and document customer interactions across multiple communication channels
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies
  • Utilize various software programs to resolve customer issues and promote AKC resources
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple computer applications and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and processes
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and customer issue resolution
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
