Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
