Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing assistance with dog and litter registrations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and resources
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members while maintaining confidentiality of records

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
