Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
• Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and inquiries about AKC policies and programs
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while meeting or exceeding performance goals

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
