Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and related inquiries while utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Respond to emails and maintain communication with the team in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
