Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication and meet performance goals while navigating multiple software applications
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to effectively use multiple computer screens and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
