Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations, utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize various software applications to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with team members
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple computer screens and web-based applications
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve customer inquiries
  • Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual ability is preferred but not required, with fluency in both spoken and written forms
