Nevada Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to attendance policies

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
• Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Professional demeanor with a pleasant telephone voice and manner
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
