Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
