Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and providing information about AKC policies and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and various web-based tools
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC programs while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
- Communicate effectively with team members and maintain professional relationships while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple software applications and browser tabs
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
