Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations, ensuring satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
- Professional telephone manner and articulate communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
